Due to the custom nature of these items, refunds and returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged. Returns need to be reported ASAP when item is damaged upon arrival, buyer pays return shipping. Reminder if you buy an item that has a UVDTF or it has resin do NOT soak, it is not dish washer safe, ONLY hand wash with cool water.
